Mr. Per Øivind Johansen has been with the oil and gas industry since 1974.

Education:

Coast Artillery Officer, the Norwegian Royal Naval Academy 1968-1969 and 1973-1974.

Chemical Engineer, the Technical University of Norway.1969-1973

Job experiences:

Statoil 1974-1977. Studies in connection to refinery and petrochemicals.

Shell 1977-1983. Process engineer, lab supervision, production planning and cost down projects.

Statpipe. 1983-1987. Manager Gas Transport Department including:

• Control room
• gas technology
• gas transport administration
• coordination with field operators, sellers and buyers
• allocation of transportation tariffs.

Statoil Gas Sales Administration Dept. Manager1987-1990.
